Nomination showdown causes panic among aspirants

Political fiasco is quickly shaping up in Dandora and the larger Embakasi North Constituency. While TNA is widely expected to conduct its party primaries next week, ODM has pushed its nominations to January 17, just a day before the deadline given by the IEBC.
This new move by ODM gives it a better opportunity to win defectors from TNA. At the same time, the move denies ODM aspirants the opportunity to defect to other parties when they lose.
ODM so far has two aspirants for the Embakasi North Constituency. The two are Joan Atieno and Dr. William Obwaka (pictured).
